Bronze of Champions Review

Hi everyone!

Some of you may have seen the post I did earlier in the month about my July giveaway, where one lucky person has the chance to win this lovely little Benefit set, which contains everything you need to create the perfect bronzed beach goddess look. The giveaway will be running until the end of the month, so you still have time to enter!

  2. Hoola Bronzer and Mini Bronzer Brush

  4. They're Real Mascara
  5. Hoola Ultra Plush

Left to right: Bikini-tini, Thanks a Latte, Hoola Bronzer

Top: Watt's Up Highlighter. Bottom: Hoola lipgloss

This is the perfect kit to take on holiday with you as it contains all the products you need to create a bronzed look in small travel sizes.

This is my first experience with one of Benefit's cream eyeshadows and I was skeptical about their creaseless claim, but after wearing Bikini-tini for a good 12 hours, and on a really hot day too, it still looked perfect and crease free! The Thanks A Latte eyeshadow is the perfect crease colour and the powder is good quality with no fallout.

Hoola is now my favourite bronzer! I had been put off using bronzers for a while after try a few very unattractive orange/brown disasters, if only I had tried this bronzer years ago. The brush picks up the perfect amount of powder to create a gorgeous, subtle tanned look in just a couple of sweeps. I use this for subtle contouring by sucking in my cheeks and sweeping the powder from the hollows upwards towards my ears.

Watt's Up is a creamy highlighter that is just so easy to use and really effective. Until now I had been spending much longer blending in liquid highlighters, but this can be applied easily and blended quickly. It is a champagne colour with beige tones which look especially flattering on slightly tanned skin, making this ideal for summer.

If you've read my blog before, you've very likely already seen a post where I'm raving about They're Real mascara; I love it so much! This is my perfect mascara as it separates, thickens and lengthens my eyelashes in a way no mascara has ever matched!

Finally to finish off your bronze look; Hoola Ultra Plush lipgloss. This shimmering, sheer, golden tinted nude is the perfect complement for many summery makeup looks as it gives a pretty, super glossy finish without being too heavy.

Have you tried the Bronze of Champions? What are your favourite summer makeup products?
